I have assembled about 10 office chairs in the past 2 years. This was very easy to do. Hex wrench is very light duty. Rounded out after 6 screws. I had others from past chairs,NP. Material is very nice. Base is built well. I go about 275 and this chair is solid.Only disappointed that back rest mounting holes are uneven. I can see it looking straight on. Of course, it was the 1st thing my wife noticed. Don't feel it sitting in it.Without that flaw would be a 5

I used it for my read book room, it is beautiful about design and it makes my neck very comfortable when I seat for read book. My son like it, too. It helps for my son be more interested in reading. Material is soft. It can be rotated and the wheels are very suitable for me to move gently to the bookshelf to find another book.

The chair arrived very well packaged and with the necessary tools and screws for assembly. The instructions are clear and therefore it was easily assembled in less than 15 minutes.I spend a lot of time in front of the computer in conferences and meetings and therefore chair comfort is very important. I really liked the extension for the head and the dimensions of the seat.Due to my weight and height, my previous chair made a lot of noise when reclining. This one, however, is more robust and quite silent.Approved!!!

This chair is beyond my expectation. It arrives early. Took me and my husband about 20 mins to put everything up together. Leather is nice and soft. Cushioning is super good. Feels so comfortable to sit on. Also I picked this product particularly because it has adjustable back support, which is important for somebody like me who sits at least 6-8 hours everyday.

Shipping was fast. Received it in next day.It took me about 30 mins to install it that was Very easy by just following the instructions.The materials is very nice. THERE IS NO SMELL on the faux leather. It’s very comfortable and love it.
